Al-Mashtal Tourism Investment Company (Ayan Hotel)
The Ayan Hotel (formerly Al Mashtal) was renovated and rebranded in 2023. The hotel consisted of a harmonious fusion of modern designs and historical touches, and contained 220 rooms and private suites with sea views, the hotel also contained many venues to hold meetings, conferences and celebrations. Ayan Hotel also offered a variety of restaurants, health spa, a gym, a swimming pool and other facilities with the highest standards of hotel service. The Ayan Hotel was bombed and eventually completely destroyed in late 2023 during the aggression on the Gaza Strip.
