Fuad Najjab is an experienced businessman, strategist and deal negotiator with a proven track record of successes in several high-profile multinational companies and private equity funds. Fuad is currentlythe Chief Executive Officer of Palestine Development and Investment Ltd. (PADICO Holding). Before assuming his current position, he was the Chairman of the Board and the Managing Partner of Nakheel Palestine for Agricultural Investment.
Since Fuad joined in mid 2018, Nakheel turned to profitability and the company won the Palestinian Exporter of the year Award in 2019, the award recognizes the largest exporter, the number one employer and the greener company among various economic sectors.
With over twenty years of experience in strategy setting, operational and commercial management Fuad held several senior positions including Investment Principal at Siraj private equity management company, Commercial and Business Development Manager at the National Beverage Company Coca-Cola Bottling; where he played a major role in the successful business turnaround, planned and managed the establishment of a number of subsidiary companies.
Fuad was born in Amman, Jordan and grew up in several countries, moved back to Palestine in 1994, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Birzeit University in 1998 and his executive MBA degree in 2012 from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
