An invitation to the shareholders of

Palestine Development and Investment Company Ltd.
(PADICO)

The Board of Directors of Palestine Development & Investment Company Ltd. (PADICO) is pleased to call the shareholders to attend the meeting of the Thirteenth Ordinary General Assembly which will be held at 11:30 am on Sunday, 11/5/2008 at Jordan Intercontinental Hotel – Amman (Al-Badiah Hall) with a view to discussing the subjects listed in the agenda sent to the shareholders.

You are kindly requested to attend the meeting or delegate the proxy whom you want by filling out the proxy form attached to the invitation card sent to every shareholder, send it or deposit it with the Regional Office of the Company, located in Amman – Jordan three days before the time of the meeting.

The shareholders who have not received the invitation and the annual report booklet and are willing to attend the meeting are also requested to check with the Regional Office of the Company in Amman to receive a copy of the invitation and the report one week before the meeting.
